Each month I offer a different image at a discount off of my regular print prices. Images can be presented on stretched canvas, wood panels or in a traditional matte and frame.

March’s image of this Japanese Anemone flower was taken in Carmel Valley, California. Macro work is one of my favorite types of photography because of the detail and drama that you can bring out of a relatively common subject. With a close-up lens, the right angle and the right light, this tiny flower took on a whole new life. This image was shot tripod-mounted with a macro ring flash and a large depth of field to make sure I kept the detail in the important areas of the flower. For the month of March, this image is available at a 20% discount off of my standard print prices. It is also offered in a 3-piece split panel presentation on stretched canvas for a reduced price.
